What’s the difference between vinyl, digital and embroidery?

Vinyl - This process is similar to commerical signage. A specialist heat activated vinyl material is cut and then heat pressed onto the garment.
Digital - This procees is similar to the above. A design is printed onto a heat activated vinyl which is then heat pressed onto the garment.
Embroidery - This process involves a specialist embroidery machine to stitch a design to a garment using thread.

How do I know what process suits my job?

This is entirely dependent on the artwork i.e the number of colours, complexity etc. Vinyl is best suited to one or two colours, whereas digital is for full colour logos/images. Embroidery is suited for a few colours and is aimed more at the garment it is going onto rather than the artwork itself. We will advise you on sight of the artwork and request of garments which process is best suited to your project.

What clothing do you offer?

We offer virtually anything from standard Polo Shirts to PPE branding and everything in between, send us your project and we will custom tailor a quote to suit your needs.

How do I send my files?

If you have had your garments already designed, we would need the files as a .pdf with all text outlined. If you artwork involves images, these would need to be embedded and we would have to advise if they were good enough quality. If you have an questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

What if I need my garments designed?

We do offer a design service, please contatct the studio for a custom quote.
